1. Shipping & Delivery Time

JollyWands™ orders typically arrive within approximately 4–8 weeks from the date the order is placed.

The 2–4 week timeframe is an estimated delivery timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, logistical conditions, and other circumstances outside of JollyWands™'s control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated 4–8 week delivery timeframe.

2. Processing & Fulfillment

After an order is placed, it may immediately enter our processing and fulfillment system.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Customers should carefully review their order and shipping information before completing checkout.

3. Carrier Delays

JollyWands™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Examples include:

• Carrier delays

• Transportation disruptions

• Customs delays

• Weather conditions

• Holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete address information

• Delivery facility delays

• Regional disruptions

• Lost or delayed carrier scans

A delay beyond the estimated 4–8 week timeframe does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking information becomes available, it may be provided to the email address associated with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package enters the shipping network.

A lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a package is lost. Packages can continue moving through the carrier network while tracking information is temporarily delayed.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

JollyWands™ is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Please carefully verify your shipping information before submitting your order.

6. Delivered Packages

Once the shipping carrier marks an order as delivered, JollyWands™ considers the order successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

JollyWands™ is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or taken after being marked as delivered.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your building's mail area, and the shipping carrier.

7. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

JollyWands™ does not control customs processing times and cannot guarantee how long an international shipment may remain in customs.

8. Shipping Delays Do Not Qualify for Refunds

Because shipping times are estimates and depend partly on third party carriers, orders are not eligible for refunds solely because delivery takes longer than the estimated 4–8 week timeframe.

Customers should only place an order if they are willing to accept the stated shipping timeframe and potential carrier delays.

9. Agreement to Shipping Terms

By completing a purchase from JollyWands™, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read and understood the estimated 4–8 week shipping timeframe

• Understood that delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees

• Accepted that carrier and customs delays may occur

• Provided an accurate shipping address

• Agreed to our Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Agreed that shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund or cancellation
