6. Shipping & Delivery

JollyWands™ orders generally arrive within approximately 4–8 weeks.

This is an estimated delivery timeframe and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

A shipment taking longer than the estimated timeframe does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

JollyWands™ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, JollyWands™ considers the order fulfilled.

JollyWands™ is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or taken after being marked as delivered.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier and, where appropriate, their local delivery facility regarding packages marked as delivered but not located.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Although our products are final sale, JollyWands™ may assist with products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the requested information and clear photographs showing the issue.

JollyWands™ will review the claim and determine whether a replacement or other appropriate resolution is available.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, modifications, or damage caused after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.
